David M. Goldstein, Esq. is a Manhattan-based solo practitioner with a practice devoted to assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs with all manner of contract drafting and corporate transactions as well as judgment collection and enforcement throughout the five boroughs and upstate New York. He has been in solo practice for fifteen years and is a member of the New York City Bar Association, having participated in the Bankruptcy Law Clinic, Monday Night Law Group, and is the former secretary of the Construction Law Committee. He currently sits on the City Bar Restaurant & Hospitality Law Committee, is the proud father to two daughters, and when he isn’t vigorously representing his clients, can be found shredding the electric guitar.
